Job requirements:

  1. Achieve Company KPI to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.
  2. Process site inspection report, monitor quality of services rendered and ensure all services completed as per schedule.
  3. Reduce complaint call by agreed target & managing to meet customer retention performance target.
  4. To provide training to team members, manage manpower and schedule of service.
  5. Ensure all required reports and returns are managed on-time and prepared accurately.
  6. Manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy. Eg. service equipment, tools, stocks, company vehicle & etc.

You will need below talent and skills to fulfil your job assignments:

  1. Min. Diploma and 3 years working experience in site supervising / planning / services / operation / pest control.
  2. Possess license of APAL / PAL will be an added advantage.
  3. Possess driving license GDL / D with own transport (car) & willing to travel.
  4. Computer literate. E.g. Excel, Word. Email, Google Drive and etc.
  5. Passionate to work and good communication skill with different level of staff in the organization.
  6. Discipline, result oriented, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and willing to accept challenge.
  7. Able to do site supervising at odd hours / weekend if needed.
  8. Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management & quality works.
