Job Responsibilities: • Assist in Operation and warehouse related matters. Eg. Process packing list, update stock movement, equipment, tools, goods receiving, incoming stock check, QC check, re-packing for distribution, transfer stock and etc. • Upkeep equipment and tools routine maintenance. • Update stock and equipment report. • Assist in monthly and yearly stock check, organize and upkeep warehouse stock. • Assist general administration work, despatch documents and etc. • To perform any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Company. To be successful in this role, you need to have: • Min. SPM, at least 2 years working experience in Admin or store management. • Possess driving license B2 / D / GDL. • Pro-active, responsible, independent, healthy, hardworking, punctuality, self-discipline and good communication skills. • Good time management, control goods delivery and submit report on time. • Required skill(s) : MS Excel • Completed vaccination.

Job Description
  1. Achieve Company KPI to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.
  2. Process site inspection report, monitor quality of services rendered and ensure all services completed as per schedule.
  3. Reduce complaint call by agreed target & managing to meet customer retention performance target.
  4. To provide training to team members, manage manpower and schedule of service.
  5. Ensure all required reports and returns are managed on-time and prepared accurately.
  6. Manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy. Eg. service equipment, tools, stocks, company vehicle & etc.
Requirement:
  1. Min. Diploma and 3 years working experience in site supervising / planning/services/operation/pest control.
  2. Possess license of APAL / PAL will be an added advantage.
  3. Possess driving license GDL / D with own transport (car) & willing to travel.
  4. Computer literate. E.g. Excel, Word. Email, Google Drive and etc.
  5. Passionate to work and good communication skill with different level of staff in the organization.
  6. Discipline, result oriented, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and willing to accept challenge.
  7. Able to do site supervising at odd hours / weekend if needed.
  8. Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management & quality works.

  1. To implement the business plan with proper market development plan as to achieve the business objective.
  2. To plan & implement sales activities to meet assigned sales target.
  3. To canvass / identify business prospects and development of new prospect.
  4. Expand existing client’s portfolio via new products/ services.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Provide suitable pest control solutions, sanitization, hygiene services & products to clients.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
  1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or Science. Fresh graduate of Entomology, Biology, Business Management, Marketing or Science are encouraged to apply.
  2. With working experience in Sales or Business Development will be an added advantage.
  3. Possess own transport (car), willing to travel, attend site visit and meeting with clients.
  4. Result oriented, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and willing to accept challenge.
  5. Able to speak/ write in good English, BM. Able to speak in Japanese or Mandarin speaking customer will be an added advantage.
  6. Must be computer literate. Required skill (s) : MS Office like Excel, Word, Power Point.
