Vacancy : Warehouse & Logistic Assistant 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and upkeep warehouse management.
  • Process incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Goods picking, packing, organizing and logistic arrangement.
  • Liaise with supplier, sub-contractor for office and equipment maintenance.
  • Update purchasing & logistic records.
  • Monthly and yearly stock check, update stock reports.
  • General administration work, office equipment and tools management and etc.

 

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Minimum SPM. Possess Diploma in Logistic or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
  • Prefer at least 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel
  • Pro-active, hard-working, responsible, independent and good communication skills are essential.
  • Good time management, control goods delivery and submit report on time.
